Vacuum Lug Capping Machine Working Process

1.The filled bottles are conveyed to the main unit’s carrier chain by a conveyor, where they enter the machine for capping.

2.Caps are automatically arranged with the openings facing downwards in the cap feeder. They are then moved to the guide rail in the pre-sealing area one by one along the chute.

3.The chute is equipped with a steam ejection pipe, which softens the seal ring on each cap. As the bottle moves past the guide rail, the cap is placed onto the bottle neck and pre-sealed using a pressing foot and rubber block. The bottle then moves to the underside of the differential flat belt pressure plate in the sealing assembly, where the two differential flat belts tighten the cap by twisting it.

4.Before the capping process, the bottle passes through the steam ejection area, where high-speed steam displaces the air from the bottle's top clearance under normal pressure. After capping, cold water is sprayed on the cap to cool the bottle and create a vacuum seal.

5.Throughout the entire process, from pre-sealing to final sealing, the bottle is securely clamped by a pair of synchronized V-belts, ensuring smooth forward movement without rotation.
