The automatic

Core Working Principle:
The sensor detects the product as it passes through, sending a
signal back to the labeling control system. This signal is
processed by the PLC, which then triggers the labeling process at
the precise moment needed to apply the label in the correct
position on the product. As the product passes through the
calibration device, the label is firmly affixed, completing the
labeling process.

1. The pagination technology utilizes a 2-stage friction principle
with silicone soft material that is gentle on products, offering a
wide range of thickness compatibility. It is ideal for thin
products like cards and PE tapes, enabling efficient automatic
separation.

that the labeling position remains unchanged even when the speed is
